  • When using Project-Assistant, the project workflow was loaded from the template used to start the project, i.e., the Basic Business Project template.

  • This workflow has nine work packages that are common for most business projects.

  • The workflow work packages are applied to the overall project across the solution deliverables.

  • Scroll down the column to determine the work packages appropriate for your project.

  • To delete work packages not applicable to your project, tap the work package once.

  • Tap the three vertical dots on the right of the card, and select Delete.

  • To add a work package, tap the + button at the top of the column.

  • Tap the down arrow to the right of the Basic Work Package to see the work packages available for this template.

  • Enter or modify the work package name and tap SAVE.

  • Enter the detailed work package information now or later.

  • Tap the back arrow at the top left of the page to return to the project scope page.
