Customize the Project Plan
The project plan contains work packages and tasks to be applied to the project, i.e., across all solution deliverables.

When using Project-Assistant, the project plan was loaded from the template used to start the project, i.e., the Basic Business Project template.

This plan has work packages that are common for most business projects.

The plan's work packages are applied to the overall project across the solution deliverables.

Scroll down the column to determine the work packages appropriate for your project.

To delete work packages not applicable to your project, tap the work package once.

Tap the three vertical dots on the right of the card, and select Delete.

To add a work package, tap the + button at the top of the column.

Tap the down arrow to the right of the Basic Work Package to see the work packages available for this template.

Enter or modify the work package name and tap SAVE.

Enter the detailed work package information now or later.

Tap the back arrow at the top left of the page to return to the project scope page.
